Damn, that sucks for all involved. Hopefully he had insurance to compensate the family of the lady that was killed. If not, Mookie's family might be forced to sell off memorabilia and whatnot. Terrible situation.

ETA: What it boils down to there was at least one life lost and other effected. And drunk or not his family ends up having to deal with that shite, two of which are from all accounts pretty good kids who shouldn't have to.
