Tommy Pham along with reliever Trevor Rosenthal,

All in for selling Pham right now. He is at a all time peak, and his eyes are getting worse.

Yeah, I agree. I still think they should try and move Fowler (if possible), Gyorko, Lynn and Rosey. The return they'd get on those guys would really help to re-tool them for the future.

Standing pat is the worst possible scenario, CHC and MIL are only getting better down the road.

No one would take on Fowler's contract and I'm a proponent of keeping Gyorko. He's got a good contract the next few years.

I think Lynn and Rosenthal will both 100% be moved, don't know about Pham, but I'd be open to trading him and Grichuk.

Scared about losing Lynn in the fact that I can totally see the Cubs getting him.

Rosie is gone.

I think it's pretty apparent that he isn't resigning with the Cardinals anyway as they want to get Reyes and Flaherty involved.

But yes I think the Cubs are one of the big landing spots for him in the off season. Along with the Astros and Yankees. Maybe Braves

It has been an eventful season for Red Sox lefty David Price, who opened the year on the DL and has since become embroiled in a running spat with the Boston media. Now, with the trade deadline just days away, Price is again dealing with elbow issues, according to Dan Shaughnessy of the Boston Globe (via Twitter).

The full severity of the problem isn’t yet apparent, and perhaps isn’t yet known by the team. But it’s the “same forearm issue” that the southpaw dealt with earlier this year, per Michael Silverman of the Boston Herald (via Twitter),

will this make Boston look at the starting pitching market?

I don't know what value Granderson has with a .223 average. Maybe get a 6 pack in return.

Personally I don't think he ends up with the Yanks. Like I said last night I want to see what Smith and Adams can do at the back of the rotation.
Although there is another rumor the Yanks offered Mateo, Acevedo, Florial, plus another arm in the lower minors.

I'm still hoping he ends up in Houston.

If I'm the Yankees, I send Gleyber for Gray without much hesitation. Gray isn't just a half-season rental like Darvish.

Upside is too high. Yanks will be kicking themselves for years if they trade him away and he becomes an all star. Im not sold that this team is good enough to win it all this year. Just get darvish in the offseason.

I'm big on Andujar as well, I would hate to see him moved. I just don't see Gray helping the Yankees reach the serious this year. I would prefer to wait a year and see where the team is at. There will be players available next year. Stroman if Jays struggle again, Gausman, maybe Cole from Pirates, maybe pitchers from the Mets, etc.

The Yankees wouldn't give Torres for Sale or Quintana they aren't giving him for Sonny Gray

I bet they regret that decision. Put Chris Sale on the Yankees and they are challenging the Astros for best record in the AL right now.

or Quintana

Gray >> Quintana, in my opinion, although it's close. Plus he has one more year of control than Quintana does.

My dream since T. Frazier and Bradley are both FA's at the end of the year. See if one will come back cheaply on a one or two year deal. Give Andujar every opportunity to win the 3B job in spring training. Torres won't be ready at the start of the year and Bird is a wild card. So Andujar at 3B and Austin at first. Then when Torres is ready bring him up as a super utility letting him play 3B, SS, OF, 2B because in 2-3 years they will need to replace Gardner. Torres or Mateo could slide into that spot. I know having Torres as a super utility sounds bad but his athleticism would allow it. Plus he could play 5 days a week like Maddon does with the Cubs.

Sale would have cost more than just Torres. Sale would have been nice but he wouldn't have closed the gap that much. Yanks would have had a strong 1/2 though
