Lol Cardinals fan... cute.

Please explain to me how the Mets or Braves should rather play the Phillies in a wild card series than whoever wins the Central in the NLDS.

Congrats on finally clearing the third wild card spot with your record I guess.

Plus whoever wins the East will be the #2 seed and have the bye straight to the NLDS and will allow that team to set their rotation.

Agree

The Phillies are one of the hotter teams in baseball right now though, I would say.

Congrats on winning the world series with the worst record in the playoffs.

You'd think that would have made it clear records mean nothing but apparently not. Continue the retarded posts.

Flaherty looked really good last night. 97-98mph with the fastball 4 K's in 3 innings.

Probably two more rehab starts and back.

I really hope he can provide some serious value down the stretch this year, but I hope they explore trading him this off season.

He shows serious ace potential, but I'm getting flashes of Carlos Martinez. We need to trade him before we can't get anything for him.

Once Atlanta completes their 8-year deal with rookie sensation Michael Harris, they'll have invested about $450 million in long-term extensions in the past five months. Matt Olson and Austin Riley already were locked up for the next eight years and 10 years, respectively.

I don't think we'd trade him, not after multiple injuries. Value wouldn't be there most likely.

With Aaron Hicks invisible and the rest of #Yankees lineup in a deep slump, sources say Estevan Florial is expected to be called up tomorrow. He's batting .284 with 14 HRs and 32 stolen bases at Class-AAA.

Also Oswaldo Cabrera. Hopefully both are in the lineup tonight. Hicks should not play another game this season, as he is a horrible baseball player.

Its like he signed away his baseball ability when he signed that extension. I thought that deal was a steal for you guys.

Yeah, his trade value isn't going to be that much with the injuries. Might as well hang onto him. And hope he stays off the IL next year.

Yankees division lead about to be at 7 games in the loss column, with their next 4 games against Toronto and then a 2-game series with the Mets (Scherzer and deGrom lined up to start).

That's a 1-5 stretch. This division lead will have gone from 15 games to under 5 in less than a month.
