Yeah, hard to pick against them on paper... but they do still have Dave Roberts.

Exactly.

He' s fricking terrible. Snit managed circles around him in the LCS the last 2 years.

Well that would be a coup.

I'd venture to say that if they can land Ramirez that SD might be the favorite in the West.

Last year is irrelevant for this year and the Dodgers top to bottom have the better roster imo

Play him at 2B, no clue what they have left to send unless they finally decide to part with their top tier.

Braves have the better roster when you factor in the pitching staffs. Plus they beat them straight-up last year so that should be taken into account.

Micheal Shapiro is a moron.

And when are people gonna learn not to pick the Mets. Verducci should know better.

In the AL, I like the Jays, White Sox, and Astros to win their division. I think the Rays, Yankees, and Red Sox or Seattle will get the WC spots.

In the NL, I think the Braves, Brewers, and Dodgers win their division. My three WC teams are the Giants, Phillies, and Mets.

Mets

Never bet the Mets.

They always Mets it up.

And the Phillies defense is gonna be their downfall

Good question and a tough one. I don’t know if there is a “under the radar”team right now that can duplicate what the Giants did last year. Maybe Seattle or the Angels? Would they be considered an under the radar team with who they signed/who is on their teams?

Rangers

I wouldn’t be shocked if we are competitive.

Probably the Giants.

Between teams obviously tanking (A's, Reds, Guardians (lol), looking at you.) and teams with no shot (Orioles, Royals, Nationals, Pirates, Rockies, Diamondbacks) there isn't much middle ground.

Can the Cubs contend? Maybe Miami? Detroit?

I like the Seager and Semien signings. Don’t know how their pitching looks. They got two Clemson guys on the team. Wouldn’t mind see them do well.

Seattle is actually a good guess.

They are getting too much pre-season love to really qualify.

I think it is kinda mixed. Some predictions show them being a WC team and there was a couple showing them around the 82 win mark. I do agree that they probably don’t really qualify.

On the plus side with the Rangers, they have two pitchers that is ranked in the top 100 prospects (Leiter #12 and Winn #59). Doesn’t guarantee anything but at least the potential is there.

Btw. I love these jerseys
