Kevin Ware is the player. Looked like the lower leg completely snapped.
Just a very bad landing while trying to close out on the three point shot.

Bad landing.
Jumped to block a shot, didn't touch anybody, just landed and his leg snapped above the ankle.

That was as bad as Prothro and DeAndre Brown, maybe worse. By far the worse basketball injury I have ever seen.
