And then next week they beat Northwestern and Nebraska and the story is "MICHIGAN IS BACK AND THEY'RE BETTER THAN EVER, BABY!!!!!"
But either way, the story is never not Michigan. Residual Harbaugh effect for basketball.

They got deserved run after the Battle for Atlantis but what you're saying isn't happening anywhere except Jalen and Jacoby.

Yep. If they weren't named Michigan they wouldn't have jumped all the way to 5 after not being ranked to begin with. I know they beat Gonzaga by 18 and a historically bad UNC team. Which is another reason not to rank these teams coming into the season.

Michigan dude, chill!! I dont think anyone said Michigan is "terrible" but their last 4 (regardless of Livers...UNC isn't getting a pass for Anthony being out)
Bottom line is they HAVE lost 4 in a row and on the verge of playing themselves out of the tourney.
Teams, especially in CBB, are extremely volatile and Michigan could be back, I think I saw Livers come in really late last game. Not sure what the kid Simpson did but it cant be good
Howard will be fine!! He will recruit the F out of Detroit area etc
