Its just so ironic, how vick doesnt deserve another chance and is evil becuase he hurt like 4 dogs. If your such an animal activist, why arent you on the Poli board crying about PETA?

And why are you polarizing the debate by labeling people, who think Vick's egregious actions were intolerable, as PETA supporters?

I hate PETA, but in my opinion, you're much worse than PETA. You just said:

God people get over it, peta kills more dogs than Vick, by about 14,000. It doesnt matter how they die,

It doesn't matter HOW they die? Are you fricking serious?

could not have said that better myself. This jack arse is getting on me for saying what Vick did was wrong and terrible. I am not a PETA supporter either but that doesn't mean I don't love animals. You don't have to be a member of an extremest group to support something

Sorry I ruined your circle jerk to hating on mike vick. He killed a few dogs, and went to jail for it. You people saying he needs to die and stay bankrupt all his life are just plain ignorant.

shite I sometimes wonder if they LOVE dogs a lil too much. I mean there are some cases out there of people frickin their animals. It's ok to be pissed but saying someone should burn in hell, die, etc over a some dogs is a lil too extreme. Your love for dogs is strange.lol. I own pets but damn I don't take it to the extreme of LOVING them like a human.

Everyone including people like you are ignorant because you think he deserves to die or be punished his whole life.

I never said he deserved to die or punished his whole life. He just hasn't been punished enough IMO. He does however deserve to be electrocuted to cause him pain just like he did to those dogs, but not to the death.

I missed E60 but I saw the piece online (minus the roundtable discussion) and I have one question. Why did they feel the need to show dogfighting? We don't need nor want to see that

I disagree. I think it is good to show it.

When you hear, it sounds bad of course, but seeing it takes it to an entirely different level.

Do you feel the same way about Stallworth, I mean he killed an innocent human being. Or do you care more about dogs.

say what you want about the fact it's bad that he was drunk, and i'll probably agree with you, but this was not a pre-mediated act of murder, nor was it a malicious crime. it's not like he went out and decided he wanted to hit and kill a pedestrian.

and i also am not saying that killing an innocent dog is worse than killing an innocent human either. i just wanted to try and distinguish stallworth's case from being spun into sounding like he murdered someone.

People in India can't believe that you would ever do this to cows of any breed. You and the famers who harvest veal and beef fricking tortured those animals in ways most people could never imagine. How can you do this? These are sacred COWS we're talking about here!

By ordering veal and buying beef at restauants, you are supporting torture of animals in the same vein that Michael Vick did with dogs.

For shame, you hypocrite.

The whole Michael Vick issue shows how ethnocentric Americans as a whole are.

In Korea people routinely eat dogs. In America people routinely eat cows. In India cows are sacred and protected. In America, dogs are sacred and protected.

To say with any moral authority "OMG HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO A DOG" is no different than an Indian man saying "HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO A COW?!"

Veal is easily as inhumane as dogfighting. In fact, the raising of veal, foie gras, etc is more inhumane. It will be banned one day in civilized countries (and is already in more progressive areas).
