Lebron's 07 game 6 vs the Pistons and game 4 against the Pacers are better than any MJ playoff game

Oh, and Barkley also had a 44 point/24 rebound game 7 of the WCF.

What's LeBron's best Finals performance? I know he tanked last year (forget if he played well one game) and can't remember how he played against the Spurs a few years back.

None worth noting.

How many MJ playoff games did you watch?

Just a few highlights I can think of for MJ:

- 63 point playoff game
- 35 point HALF in the Finals
- Something like 40/12/9 in the FInals
- 55 point game against the Finals

And I'm pretty sure he's had multiple other games in the 38/12/8 range in the playoffs and/or Finals.

His playoff accomplishments aside from actually winning 6 titles is completely unparalleled.

All amazing games but you didn't say which one was better than the 2 I mentioned.

Explains why the Cavs got swept. Can't really expect Larry Hughes to pick up the slack when LeBron is struggling.

He did all he could in games 2-4. He was bad in game 1 though. Also I'm pretty sure Larry Hughes got injured before the finals

They were really banking on Eric Snow to come through.

I put it on him!

The one thing I remember from that playoff run from the Cavs was when Boobie Gibson hit like 10 3's against the Pistons in the ECF and everyone was hyping him to be the Pippen to Lebron's Jordan.

38 point 3rd quarter after scoring 66 in the first half? Jeez.

Was this the game where he threw Byron Russell down to hit the game winning shot?

Up 104-68, probably won't be needing a late jumper for the win.

This was against the Blazers.

How about you look at some of MJ's Playoff performances against the Knicks, Pacers, Pistons, Cavs, Hawks, and Celtics. You will easily find two from each of those series that will trump those games of LBJ

Let's not go overboard in the other direction now.

We're talking 40/18/9 and 45/15/5, statlines not seen in the playoffs in 25 and 48 years respectively, I think.

They were legendary performances, no question.

I don't know that you'll "easily" find at least 12 better MJ games.

Meh, I love MJ, but he got away with a pretty nifty shove.

Byron was already going to his left and momentum carried him when mj crossd him up, mj's hand guided him on bye. Watch the right angle and it doesnt look like he barely pushed him at all. And what ref in their right mind would call that on anyone at such a pivitol part of the game

Ps, what most people forget is the posession before that shot. Probably one of the biggest and most clutch plays mj ever made but it just gets overshadowed by "the shot"

I don't see how I am a Lebron hater by that comment. I actully like his game, but from your comments leads me to believe you were not a spectator of basketball in mid 80's and 90's. Now how about become a fan of the game and take off the Lebron shades
