It's a make-or-break year for Raheem. The table is set to win the division, and he has plenty of talent all over the field.

I used to be a die-hard Saints fan. Now, I really don't care for them much at all. A part of me hopes the Falcons win the Super Bowl so the Saints fans can put the "28-3" talk to bed for a while. That gets pretty old.

Cheers.

I was a Falcons STH once upon a time. But even I pulled for the Saints in the Super Bowl after Katrina, as I thought it would have enormous psychological ramifications for the area.

Hiyeva, this wasn't reciprocal, at all. It's certainly reinvigorated the rivalry.

Saints fans would NEVER do that. It’s why we don’t respect y’all (or Dennis Allen)

I know.

BTW, it wasn't pass interference.

Look, I'm a Steelers fan and can't say I've been happy about Tomlin's performance going on a decade now. But firing someone who's at 5th in all-time win percentage and a Superbowl winning coach (albeit long ago) isn't something that's very likely. That level of success is difficult to maintain. 11 of his 18 years coaching he's won 10 or more games and another four times he's won 9.

In reality the last few years paired with the years near the end of Ben's career when he was injured were some of the best coaching he's ever done. There were teams that he guided to the playoffs that had no business being there. The 2023 team had zero business making the playoffs and he somehow made it happen.

The franchise leadership combined with his career consistency, no way it's going to happen.

As a fellow Steelers fan, this is exactly the way I feel.

Great post.
