Moscona has a good interview up with Will Wade and a lot of talk about state of college athletics these days.
Wade makes some really good points about future of college athletics.

University of the Incarnate Word.

One of the most classless athletic departments in the conference tho, so I refer to them as Incarnate Turd.

Honestly that’s pretty impressive if they can sell out for a game against an 8-18 team

...an 8-18 team that's got 4 players suspended for fighting with A&M-Commerce after their game Monday

3 of the 4 suspended players are top contributors who are rotated in and out of the starting lineup but have played significant minutes in all of their games

Alex Anderson is 2nd on the team in scoring... UIW will be missing his 12.2 PPG today

As a note on the UIW/A&M-Commerce fight from Monday

For a team that just came up to D1 from D2 last year... Commerce is 1 of the biggest shite talking teams in the Southland

I'm sure that was 1 of the pieces of the puzzle leading up to Monday's brawl

Not excusing UIW at all... I'm sure both teams were equally responsible for what happened... just giving perhaps a little insight on the other party involved

This is likely the biggest point spread for McNeese St in school history.

The Will Wade effect!

McNeese cruises to the win. Magic number to clinching the Southland regular season championship is 2!

Is it acceptable to wear an LSU General Will Wade T-shirt into the Legacy Center? Asking for a friend.

Couple weeks to see conf tourney play. Ready to see the fight. Cowboys are smart, they aren’t looking past anyone. Nich, Lamar, Tex cc, selu, ready to give cowboys what the kids say… all the smoke.

Lions are ready. Not super deep but deep enough to win. Great guard\wing play on Saturday. Eastman seemed to control the tempo well, getting quality shots when needed but finding wings off screens and taking care of the possession . This is all without the starting rowbury. Southland referees won’t let the 7fter breath on d.

Caldwell scored the first 11 (20 at half, impressive wing) and McFarlane added muscle points to kill UNO momentum through the game. Woodard played his quiet roll by hitting a few key shots when needed, big time leaders. Juco kid canonville filled in well by fighting with the uno front court, super strong kid.

Game ball goes to freshman Burton, ran the wing to win screens well hitting 3 threes within 5 possessions, 4 total in the game. Off the bench 7fter Max filled in well and has shown he’s ready for more front court minutes rebounding, screening, and keeping his paws ready.

Good luck la schools.
