I don't think he's taking a jab at RGIII. I, like a few others in this thread, think he was just stating that he came back to compete for a national title.
I have never liked USC in any way, but I will tip my hat to this kid for riding out the semi-dark ages of USC football the past couple of years. He could have transferred after Carroll left and it looked like USC was going downhill, but the kid had balls to stay and keep USC relevant. Yeah, he could just be saying and doing the right things for the camera, but I believe the kid is a cut above the rest for a USC QB. I will be really really surprised if he flakes out in the NFL.

USC doesn't run a gimmicky offense, so you can't really say he's going to fail in the NFL because of USC.

Where did I cry? I don't consider it mean at all. A fourth grader might. I stated your personal and sexual attacks on LFK and supporters are sophomoric and better suited for a playground. Again, the fact that you feel antagonized by someone else (not me) making a neutral statement about not faulting USC for their schedule or winning is quite telling of your disdain. There is no feeling of humiliation on my part. However, a fourth grader who responds with sexual attacks might believe he has humiliated someone, much like he feels so when calling a classmate a fig. So, I do know where you are coming from.

This...the title of this thread is completely inaccurate and misleading. Some people need to actually listen to this interview. Barkley was extremely humble. He said he had confidence (that he would go #2)and that he could have. Nothing wrong with this...and I hate USC
