Probably didn't want to reshuffle everything, but absolute piss poor timing.
Those that said he was just looking to get his bonus and bounce were right. Should have paid him early and started the search in December.

I can't imagine the 24/7/365 stress that comes with being the head coach of a major college program is good for your health - especially for someone who has had a heart attack. He has probably made enough money to retire and enjoy the rest of his life with his family. Power to him.

I would say it probably relates more to the allegations of major NCAA rules violations than him being too stressed for the job.
