For real.. you lose a game by 3 points where you are directly responsible for 21 points for the other team.. he was one teams MVP tonight for sure..

How many rushing TDs does the chiefs have in the red Zone? He gets a lot of padded TDs, but credit to him for executing the plays called.
I am a Maholmes fan, but the lengths people go to to excuse others poor play to try to downplay Drew’s astronomical season is embarrassing. Drew it easily the MVP front runner after tonight and it isn’t close to unbiased eyes. Still a long season though. We will see how it all plays out.

Depends on a lot of things at this point.
Team record is one. Look at Manning over Brees in 2009. Brees clearly had better stats but the Colts started 14-0 while the Saints started 13-1. As minor as that is, it definitely matters.
Turnovers will play a role as well.

I’m not downplaying Drew by any means. I’m just stating that I don’t think the game hurt his MVP chances much. He has 37 touchdown passss in 11 games pretty damn solid. I love Drew and think he deserves it but Drew has 25 in 10. I don’t think Drew will catch up with Mahomes with TDS. The Media wants to give it Mahomes and they are gonna love the amount of yards and tds he will end up with also we live in a PC world and they will want to give it to the mixed guy.

I don’t think he hurt his chances as the media is more focused on his passing yards and TDS.
Brees, in my opinion, should get the MVP. Sadly the Saints have been ignored by the national media this year so nothing would surprise me. Saints should be the headline each week with the way they have dominated.

How does it not make sense? If the Chiefs stop the Rams from scoring there final td with less the 2 minutes less on a 50 yard bomb. Then he wouldn’t of thrown the last to INTs.
