Certain coaches only talk to Katz and a select few to give info. Cal and K are a some of the coaches.

Personally I'm not big on college basketball either, except for March Madness. But compared to the NBA it just seems like there's better effort and more enthusiasm in college.
The NBA regular season is hard to watch unless it's one of the top 2-3 teams. Most NBA regular season games almost look like pickup games at the local gym. Guys just jogging around, taking careless shots, etc.

as opposed to college basketball with bad players taking careless shots, making careless passes, making careless fouls, poor shooting, poor basketball IQ, etc. The NBA is an infinitely better product than college basketball, even in the regular season
