Way to be a flake CK.
Perfect first game, and what I expected. Methodical and efficient offense, incredible D. Akron had 90 total yards or something. Awesome. Lots of young guys got in and did some good things. I couldn't be more happy.

Until there is a reason for Miller to be the starter, Joe is. Simple as that. He had a significantly better game IMO. Although Braxton definitely improved as the game wore on.

Miller can do everything Bauserman can, and adds a dimension.
They both will see time. It's nice to see Joe do work.
Stoneburner is legit as we all knew he would be. Our running backs looked good, and our O-Line actually made holes in an inferior defense to start the year.
It's gonna be a fun year.

So is Fickell considered a long term option or is he just filling in until OSU can get a big name coach.

Completely depends on this season, but he has really said and done all of the right things. I'd like him to stay. But at the same time I hope OSU does due diligence after the season and puts feelers out to guys like Meyer and doesn't just hire Fickell because it's convenient.

That's kinda what i figured. I know alot of Buckeye fans that were pissed at at the hire at first but he has won them over.
