But lets come back to this in a few weeks
I believe we will still be a very good baseball team in a few weeks.

ULL is going to play against ZERO teams in the current top 50 RPI rankings and only one team in the top 95 RPI. They play 3 more series against teams that are outside of the top 125 in RPI.
True. That is why we need to keep pace with our win/loss percentage. I think we will end up with a regional. Super regional? Everything gotta fall just right.

We batted the same number of times as lsu yet "the game was shorten"
That's like saying if you go into extra innings the Winning team won in an "extended game"

I agree. I don't buy into "half game" mantra. We won that game. Both teams knew weather could become an issue and could possibly shorten the game. Why would PM intentionally hold his players back to win in later innings?

What would be your response had you won and we were complaining about it or dismissing it?

The problem is you have to say everything with the "you are the little brother, know your place" attitude.
I didn't start posting that way in this thread.

Your first post had the statement about playing in the SEC in it.
And it had nothing to do with belittling your team. Read what I was responding to and what I said, and your reply to me was completely unnecessary. My post responding to someone insinuating that we were losing recruits to yall, and I don't believe that to be the case. You and several other Cajuns got worked up, and this thread went 5 pages.

LSU has been trying to figure out pitchers for about 35 games so far with little luck.

Serious question, is it possible for you to post anything relevant?

Sweet cop out.
It is amazing how one innocent sentence can send your fan base into a tizzy though.

So teams never figure a pitcher out later in a game? I may have given you too much credit
Never said that. But it goes both ways. Just like the Tigers could have started seeing the ball better against Milhorn, the Cajuns could have gotten hotter at the plate also. We will never know.
All I was saying is that both teams knew weather may stop the game and after a certain amount of time it would be considered complete. You gotta play with the conditions that are present. If it makes you feel better to call it a half game then go with it dude.
Personally, I would rather the weather held off so I could have watched more baseball.

Can you beat Nola and overwork the LSU bullpen in the game Poche pitches?
It's just that simple

I'm looking forward to seeing how the Cajuns fare in the postseason. They definetly have a solid team and deserve to be ranked in the top 3. They shouldnt lose many more games so a national seed is looking very likely.

I know, but some of your guys early in the thread "know" it would have been worse for LSU had the game gone on. Once again, I didn't start us down that line of thinking.

No argument there.

Me too. But with our SOS I doubt we will host a super. Don't quote me on this but I believe we played two teams with RPI over 200. That doesn't help us.
