I think they are like 7-4 in midweek games lol. Manieri went with the old “intentionally walk the bases loaded” strategy in the 9th inning.

Needless to say, this went over well with the rantards.

SLU may be having a disappointing season, but at least we won the World Series in March.

You're getting downvoted but you're exactly right. CUSA is the 11th ranked conference this year.

FAU is in and pushing to possibly be a 1 seed if they get hot.

Southern Miss is most likely bubble in right now but they need to pick it up.

If USM falters down the stretch, CUSA is a 1 bid conference.

La Tech is up to 62 RPI but they have the 131st ranked SOS, a 5-7 record vs RPI top-100 and they're 3rd place in CUSA. The fact that 21 out of 26 wins have come from RPI 100+ teams isn't impressing the committee, especially when 1/3rd of those are from 150+ RPI teams.

They'll need to get to the mid-40s to be a serious at large contender, which can be done, but as of now they'd be out. D1 doesn't have them as the first 5 out right now.

The resume just isn’t there this year. I’m so damn happy with what these team has done though. They have overachieved in every aspect. We lost every positional player but our defensive-minded shortstop from last season and still crawled into the top 25

Lane Burroughs is a hell of a coach, a hell of a recruiter and he will have this program back in the tournament next year.

I know so many fans can’t look at things realistically sometimes because passion gets in the way. Last year was gut wrenching because of how it ended and and it’s because I let myself wear blinders going into selection Monday.

When you are a G5 team you cannot give the committee a reason to leave you out in favor of a power five school or a west coast school.

LaTech might be the hottest and coldest team in college baseball this year.

When they are focused - you don’t want any piece of them.

Then something happens and they shite the field - oddest thing - at times they look like a high school team. I think that is a product of the coach being new and the team young.

Regardless, unless Tech comes up with major cash, that coach will be hired away.

Yeah have to win out for a shot at an at-large, especially these next 3 series against tier 4 teams.

30-4 in the past two games for Tech. Can we steal your hitting coach?

Robe is being a sassy bitch about people criticizing Talbot. If he keeps Talbot another year, it'll be hard for me to justify buying season tickets again.

There’s no excuse for our hitting to be this bad. None.
