Florida during the Meyer/Strong days thrived in the 4-2-5

IMO the 4-2-5 is the best collegiate defense if you can't recruit Orcs like LSU, Clemson or Bama. It provides the most flexibility and can be conservative or ultra aggressive.
Can't argue with that too much. Especially, when playing an offense like aTm's that likes to spread you out and throw it as much as possible.

Yea, seems like that INT and subsequent TD went to their heads a bit too much and they lost focus for a second. That, combined with a missed holding call on the kick return, made it fairly easy for aTm to take that to the house.

ULM tried to brand themselves as Louisiana and failed miserably

Link?

Come on dude. You are being disingenuous at best. There is no doubt that the names of the schools was part of a power play / balance of power. Neither wanted to accede to the other school getting a leg up.

Besides, since when can a school "brand" themselves a new name, especially when there is another school with an equal claim to that name?

Looked like on that 1st down, the RB had a lot of room to bounce it outside, missed opportunity.
