That's what Bill Plaschke said when Notre Dame faced Alabama for the Title. I think Bama won by 100 points.

I think all this talk about how Ohio state doesn’t have the heart is good news for them. It’s giving Day a reason to challenge his team as a heavy favorite.

If I’m ND players, coaches, media, etc all I’m saying till kickoff is how much better Ohio state is

Oh to think back on all those times he picked Notre Dame for them just to lose that same day.

Thankfully Notre Dame has Freeman to make up for Granny Holtz.

Lou is surprisingly cognizant. I think he’s wrong, but glad to see he’s doing well. He’d run circles around Joe Biden in a crossword puzzle

Then they need to bring in Holtz for a Pep talk.

As Coach of Notre Dame he was famous for showering praise on his opponents to get them off their game.

"Navy???? We can't beat Navy! Do you know how good they're? That's the best offense I've seen since Miami in 1988!". Ever team he coached against was the best team ever!
