Did anyone understand the rant earlier about how the coaches think Montgomery can be the MVP of the Lions bc of all the things he’s good at?
That might have been the dumbest shite I’ve ever heard from a broadcaster.
Is Montgomery good enough to be that guy for any team?

If Montgomery was that good he’d still be with the Bears.
I think Montgomery is a solid back if you have a good O line like the Lions do.
He picks up blocks well, which is probably what Gibbs doesn’t do yet.
