I have no dog in this fight. It matters not, to me (despite the responses)
High school rules, choupiquesushi will correct me, don't take catchability into account. That's my only point.

Yes but occasionally officials will mistakenly use this as reason for a no call.

I am very stingy with DPI and OPI flags, but the db here limited the receivers ability to get to the ball, without playing the ball.

Ironically in my last series as a player I got a DPI pretty much just like this.

Questionable regardless of whether it was catchable.

That may be DPI under a strict interpretation of the rule. Obviously, both players have a right to the ball and while the DB did not appear to be playing the ball except for a brief second at the end of the play and MAY have (somewhat) impeded the WR at the very end of the play, I just don't see what advantage was gained for the DB by the action.

Looks more like chicken fighting to me and don't see where the DB gains an advantage or prevents the WR from catching it.

I didn't find it on Hudl so I can't watch frame by frame, but real time I can see throwing it. Replaying it 20 times and I think the flag could be criticized.
