Very much disagree about the play calling… the gameplan was spot on matching our strength to their weakness. They brought like 30 kids. We didn’t just forget how to run downhill just because Couvillon is good
Then you notice after a bunch of runs THEN we hit them with the deep ball
But we were sloppy early, I’ll give you that. Maybe it was the short week

I feel like Brother Martin has the Saints training staff from a few years back. More injuries every game than I ever see for any other team. Seems like a player down every 3 plays.

Let’s be honest, HC’s weakness on the DL is being exposed. We were running on them like that… that’s why they won’t win state

I’m assuming he didn’t cross the sticks?
Late hit out of bounds is a dead ball foul. Change of possession occurred when he went out of bounds failing to get the first.

Acadiana didn't bring a lot of people.
Curtis is really only a 2A school so not a huge amount of students and Alumni. The Shrine is also big stadium for higschool, but as officially Curtis's home stadium the suites are sold out for their games. There's a bunch of people there that won't show in the stands.

BM got the ball at their own 4 yd like with like 8 or 9 minutes left and... with HC knowing BM was doing nothing more than running the ball... still got 5-6 yds per rush (even getting a 1st down on a rush on a 2nd & 14 play following an illegal formation penalty)
that was the last drive of the game... ending with BM kneeling out the clock
BM mugged HC along the line tonight... esp. in the 2nd half
