I think catholic makes it 39-4 vs the wildcats tonight.

But really it should be a good game. Da bears need to get it together for a W

Great site, Owl.
Crusaders looked solid, the numbers are more promising than it felt. Maybe I'm just a pessimist. Ehret has a small club, only about 50 guys, it appeared. But they have some size up front on the o-line.

Ehret's been down for a few years... they might be the worst team on the west bank now

Since STM played on Thurs. I have 3 choices to go to a game tonight. I live in Lafayette so I don't want to travel far for a game.
Lafayette @ Carencro
Woodlawn (BR) @ Northside
Ascension Catholic @ Ascension Episcopal
What game should I go check out or if you have any other suggeastions please reply.

Some people I talk to think that Zachary has a chance to beat Dutchtown. I don't know. D-Town found their passing game last week and they proved that they can score even when Landon Collins isn't on the field.

You could stay home and watch Acadiana-Sam Houston on klaf. The only game I would go see out of those 3 are Lafayette - Carencro

I'll never understand why a Louisiana school would use this (or any other hated rival of the Saints, LSU, etc) as their logo / helmet...

After checking out the helmets off of that website posted earlier, this would get my vote as the coolest in the state:

Springhill Lumberjacks
(Springhill)

and WTF is this?

Loyola College Prep
Flyers
(Shreveport)

all the helmets of the LHSAA here at this website... LINK

It is a great site...but several of the helmets are dated now. But it's a big task to keep up-to-date with that year-in and year-out since HS change helmets so often.

lol you got that one right... good site

our issue will be staying focused and how we bounce back from the Holy Cross W. Lakeshore has played Northshore teams close, but we have enough to beat them soundly. hopefully we have it more in hand than 17-3 if we put it into cruise control in the 4th quarter.

Besides we don't want to be the first (Catholic League) team to lose... for power point purposes i don't want any of them to.

non-district games left:

Jesuit- De La Salle, Ehret, Franklinton
Brother Martin- Higgins, Greensboro, AL
Rummel- Denham Springs, Holy Cross, Thibodaux
West Jeff- Destrehan, Hammond, Slidell
Chalmette- Lakeshore, Warren Easton, Miller McCoy

I don't think that is Springhill's anymore since they consolidated all the schools.

And for Loyola? How can you not know who snoopy is? He's the ace! The coolest! Greatest cartoon character ever created!

It hasn't been updated in at least 4 years. It can't be that hard.
