Agreed.

Wont disagree there.

But they do get WM on a neutral field.

And if not then, then Emery, Edwards, Torbor, Brown, indoors and blood 20 minutes from home.

I remember 2008.

One of the few high school games I attended since graduating and probably the most excited I had ever been for a high school sporting event, even counting when I played. Mainly because I know how much that game meant to the coaches who were involved in the 93 loss to WM. That pick 6 was a thing of beauty.

Very similar to this season too.

That 2008 WM team was unbeatable. Loaded we were told. Stocked full, Mingo, Allen, Hunter, DJ, Cain, etc..

Destrehan in 2008 playoffs

Notice how Desty barely beat both Ruston and Central.

Notice how WM beat everyone convincingly. No chance for Destrehan or Zachary

This year seems like all the rest.

Just ruston, ouachitas, nevilles, noxubees (7-6) and McGill (3 losses) and Ehrets (yea Ehret isnt any better) are all in a watered down 5A. And Ruston and Ouachita in particular were absolutely better last year to this year.

Ruston lost D'Marcus to Tech, the slot receiver to Grambling, and on defense lost the entire unit jist about except for 3 or 4 players with Samuel gone.

Ouachita lost collins to grambling, harris to arky st, jabari to ULM, newton to ULM, 5 of their front 6 in the 4-2-5. 3 offensive linemen to boot and their tight end hammond.

Same Ouachita team that got smoked by Terrebone.

Who has WM played? Same sorry arse Ouachita team that smoked Alexandria. Yea, and im the sunshine pumper?
:rotflmo:

I think there is a mirror close by. Go take a look.

2007 5A Playoffs

Far cry from 2007 for Destrehan who absolutely smoked everyone.

In 2008, Sentimore for Destrehan absolutely took over when it mattered most. Really surprised he didn’t pan out at the next level.

Also, how WM hasnt played anyone worth a freak in months.

Something tells me Ehret may squeak one out Friday.

2008 WM team was good. But could have been much better.

A bad case of daddy ball lead to a couple of seniors getting the start on oline including a 200LB center that Sentimore annhilated all game.

Plug the juniors they had on the bench in or the oline and let Banks throw more. WM wins that game.

WM defense dominated.

It wasn't just that, it was a perfect storm. First and foremost, Destrehan had an amazing front 7. They were big, fast, and well coached. WM for some reason ran the spread with Banks all year, then went under center with 2 TEs against that front. It was such a debacle that the OC quit coaching and moved on after the game. The one drive that WM ran their offense, they walked down the field until the Pick 6. IDK if WM would've beaten them, but it wouldn't have been 3-0 in the 4th.

i seriously doubt WM can score over 14 points against Zachary and maybe no more than 21 against Desty in the superdome.

Damn, talk about counting chickens

Yep.

Show's insistence on going conservative cost WM a title and broke Stone's back as OC.

They walked down the field before throwing the pick 6.

I just said doubt. I didnt say they wouldnt or couldnt.

And JJ more than can bookmark it.

Could not care less.

I dont think Ehret can win on the road, but nothing would surprise me with WM deep in the playoffs.

As for the Dome, they lost last year against Zachary. Why should it be any different this year?

I think Zachary could possibly win by 14 or more. Desty should be closer as their defense isnt as good. Either way both teams are more talented.

I agree with everything you nust insisted.

When Brown went down against Barbe i figured Shows would put Cain at Fullback ..

You are correct in everything, literally.

Ruston had a lot of success in the spread against them in the 2nd round also.

I just dont trust the staff in a close game in the superdome.

They should beat Ehret, without question: at home, in the rain.

Down there i dont trust them.

I'm seriously entertaining a ban bet with you next week.

And remind us again, how you were privy to Shows recruiting tactics?

I dont mind a ban bet whatsoever.

Please, as long as it is reciprocated.

Let us make this bet now.

Zachary beat WM last year. Did you forget that?

In fact let us juicy up the pot.

If Zachary or Desty wins all you WM corksuckers are banned.

How about it?

So confident are we? Please do so and make it happen.

In fact anyone taking the bait raise your hand here and just tally the votes yea and nay.

Ill go if they (zach or desty lose) and all yall go if they win.

Im that confident. WM hasnt played dick

Ignoring the latter part of the post? Should I be so confident in someone who either 1. makes up stories or 2. is clearly schizophrenic?
