There's not 1 game on your schedule that's comparable to LSU, VaTech or A&M.

LSU plays Bama, A&M, UGA, FL and TCU.

Yeah, Bama has it easier than they should but their schedule is still in a different universe than y'all's.

They do have to go to Northwestern and Michigan. The only other tough game they may have is going out west to play Cal but Cal only won three games last year.

Cal suffers from Bi-Polar disorder. They have great talent but they could never put it together.

That's not exactly the same as playing LSU and @ Texas A&M.

They'll struggle their way through a few of them like always.

would be hard for anyone to consider buying seasons tickets with that slate of home games

That slate is perfect for that program. Ohio State, crappy opponent, 11 AM.

Virginia Tech went 7-6 in a weak conference.
Michigan went 8-5 in an even weaker conference.

Buffalo (4-8 last year)--Bama and LSU will be opening vs. VaTech and TCU. LSU has played Oregon and you saw what Bama did to Michigan. 41-14 when Ohio St beat them by 5. And don't get into, oh well that's a rivalry. If you can't get up for the national champion then that's terrible.

San Diego St (9-4 last year)

California (3-9 last year)

Florida A&M (4-7 last year) ..Not to mention they aren't even a D1 team.

How pathetic.

Im not arguing about the UM/VT issue, but the above quote has very little to do with being a better team. There are a ton of factors that go into those odds.

little to do? Pls go. There are other factors of course, but team quality/depth is #1

They only lost last year at Ohio State by seven.Ohio State having to travel to California to play a three win team from last year does sound like a trap game.

so teams determined to be equal in a vacuum might have different odds once all factors are applied.

And yet lowly Northwestern, despite NEVER winning a bowl game EVER, still managed to beat Miss St. Are you saying the Bulldogs are a part of that 20% minority? Let's see, then you have Auburn, Kentucky, Vandy, Tennessee, Arky, Mizzou, Ole Miss. Which of those doormats would also run the gauntlet, genius?
