Back in the day, to transfer without sitting out for a year, you actually had to earn your degree from your first school. He wasn't throwing shade at anyone.

ohio state almost ruined Joe. Took LSU all of 2018 to repair the damage they did. Thankfully he decided to maximize his college opportunity and go to a place he could get back on the right track.
