It’s been like six consecutive shitposts from team Jordan. They’ve got nothing left. One of them even tried to compare by same age, which makes it pretty obvious that that one doesn’t know much about this stuff.

Congratulations to his fans on this monumental achievement

Lebron has been more impressive in his 34 years than Jordan in his first 34, and the numbers prove it. He was the best player for a decade; Jordan never even played a decade straight. Lebron went to eight straight finals, and Jordan never went to eight straight playoffs. Lebron led his team in all stats en route to the greatest finals victory in league history; Jordan never had to do anything that hard. James accounts for more points per game than Jordan did. James takes defensive possessions off; Jordan took entire seasons off. James catches Hell for his finals losses, but Jordan doesn’t for his five failures to pass the first round.
Lebron is a better player than Jordan. If you think Jordan is better, you’re a moron.

By your logic, Robert Horry is one of the all time greats.
Using team accomplishments to debate individual players is laughably stupid.

The individual accomplishment one could point to is Jordan’s six finals mvp’s. It is true that Jordan was the best player in six NBA finals.
Lebron was the best player in seven.

6-0, Finals MVP 6x, 2 threepeats, scoring titles, defensive player of the year, NBA Finals scoring record, no meltdowns like last year or 2011, all-defense teams into his 30s, thrived in a rougher era (hello Pat Riley’s Knicks), most competitive player of all-time, most dominant two-way player of all-time, MJ then everyone else

In Lebron’s 16th season he ranks 295th in defensive rating and 279th in defensive win shares.
How did Jordan do in his 16th season?

So why does he only have hardware for 3?
Makes sense

Because the other teams were better?
It's funny to me that the same argument that a lot of Saints fans use for Brees (great player, great stats, stuck on bad teams) can be said about LeBron yet they choose the other side in the LeBron/Jordan argument.

Thought LeBron created two superteams though, how can superteams lose in the Finals?!
