Jordan should have tried to draw more fouls like this. Would have been the unquestioned GOAT from LeBron stans.

I don’t love that Lebron at times heavily bought in to the flopping stuff.

I get why he did, though. He was getting Shaq treatment while all these other nerds were getting Jordan treatment while flopping. He said enough is enough, I’ll join this gay flopping club.

It doesn’t make Jordan better at basketball. Lebron would have murdered those dorks Jordan played against.

Watching a LeBron fan having to spin his flopping into some sort of chess move is hilarious to me. Jordan would have been laughed off the court if he tried half of this shite.

Probably, they didn’t do that stuff back then.

The other guy flopping there is by all accounts a tough mfer if I’m not mistaken. Flopping has been allowed to become necessary strategy.

Thank you for helping prove my point.

LeBron hasn’t taken a beating across his career like Jordan did. This Piston teams mauled Jordan. Can’t touch LeBron without him screaming for a whistle.

If you took Michael Jordan and dropped him into the league right now as 1987 Michael Jordan but named him John Smith and stripped him of playing at NC and also his Jordan Brand, he would likely be mixed in with most 10 day guys...

The evolution of a basketball player has bypassed anything that was...

It's crazy to wrap your mind around that... but it's very simple. The game has moved way too far from even comparing the 2000-2007 years..

So simply do not try to compare players no matter the name, just be thankful you get to #Witness their Greatness.

Also add Jordan at age 40 had a better Defensive rating than Lebron has for his career average lol. As a matter of fact Jordans' defensive rating at 40 would have been the 5th best of Lebron's career and almost a tie for 4th.

The idea that Lebron's hype is organic and Jordan's is a media created lie is the most laughable take of the year. Just day "I don't want tot be taken seriously in conversations about sports" it would be quicker.

exactly .... LOL

The brand of basketball being played when Jordan was 40 is something you may see for half of an NBA game, not a FULL NBA game.

Very tough to wrap your head around that.

Style, Pace of Play, they had nothing like that Pre-2014?

He's been hands down the best player in the league this month. Maybe it's giving his girlfriend the boot but something has lit a fire under him. Who knows whether it'll last or not.

Ok then you need to reevaluate the weight you put on those stats.

No sane person can watch LeBron and conclude that 40 year old Wizards MJ’s defense was hanging with some of LeBron’s best defensive seasons.

Well this is just a ridiculous argument to fit a narrative. LeBron was averaging 8 FTA a game by his second year and 10+ by his third.

LeBron has historically been officiated very oddly. He gets less calls at the hoop because of his physicality but superstar calls outside. So it's basically a wash. But he didn't start flopping to get calls because everyone else was getting them, he has been that way for a long time.

Look at this ferocious defense. Too ferocious, Jordan shoots 2.
