Hey I'm just glad you're being straight forward. As you said, you hate him and the way he plays basketball, so it's going to be impossible for you to be objective when talking about him.
well n that case all the LeBron lovers have the same problem, unable to be objective about his many shortcomings and failures

Plenty people are objective. Lebron is a douchebag. He is also unreal at basketball and a consensus top 3 with undeniably the best longevity ever

bet he was ready to call himself the GOAT last night in that presser but he bricked it so he cried about the refs instead.

You know he was. The devastation for him and his fans today has got to be brutal.

All this comparing Lebron and these Lakers to MJ and those Wizards is hilarious. Lebron has AD and Jordan has Popeye Jones

Put 39 year old LeBron on that Wizards team and see what happens.
wizards traded away Juwan Howard, the previous years leading scorer. It was literally only Jordan and a garbage roster, not a stacked roster like LA has currently that LeBron will be bad mouthing later. Wizards won 18 out of 82 games games the year before. The 60 games Jordan played they went .500, and he led the team in scoring, rebounding, and assists as a 39 year old shooting guard with bad knees.

Nobody took that seriously. He was the GM before he came back from retirement and only came back from retirement to drum up excitement for a wizards team that was pretty bad.

Lebron is overriding the lakers brass because he thinks his personnel decisions are the best and he can assemble a team that he can lead to a championship. Again, he’s failing at both as his career sunsets.

LOS has them absolutely consumed and they cannot think clearly. Especially after last night.

he's bagless. If it wasn't for the implementation of the defensive 3 second rule he would never have had a career because he sucks at anything besides bullrushing at an unguarded rim. He's like a 37% career shooter outside of 3 feet.

So if Lebron is horrendous outside of 3 feet, what are the guys that shoot worse than him from 3?

I don’t think anyone ever said Jordan’s best skill was 3pt shooting. I certainly didn’t.

These are the morons I open the MJ threads for. Literally clueless but happy to pretend he knows anything about basketball

follow the conversation. Everything is quoted. It’s simple

Simple as understanding Lebron is one of the greatest basketball players ever.

Wait so you don't think he was the best player in the league
well, clearly he wasn't during his first stint at Cleveland, even though they were giving him MVPs that belonged to Kobe. Kobe was winning championships with a team of minimums and one borderline all star in Gasol, winning over the teams that just bounced LeBron's arse out of the playoffs. That's what promoted him to crawl to Miami in the first place after seven years of not being able to get it done. Wade was the better player in Miami for much of the time LeBron was there. Duncan was better than LeBron while he was still playing. Then curry dominated LeBron for the middle party of his career. And I don't think even the most delusional LeBron fans would say he's been the best player at any point in the last third of his career. There were probably one or two years out of 21 where LeBron was the actual best player. Now do Jordan. He was clearly the best player in the league from the moment he stepped on the court through his second stint with the bulls.

You asked for the percentages of the two. I gave them to you. Is your big gotcha supposed to be that lebron is 2 poinys better? Lol

MJ and Kobe didn't take a lot of 3s, it wasn't part of the game as much back then. People want to say LeBron is better at shooting threes, but look at the looks he gets. Other teams just let him shoot wide open uncontested threes cause they know if they guard the 3 he's going to charge in, fall down in the paint and they will get a foul called on them. Just really watch a game close and see how they cover LeBron. There is zero respect for him as a shooter. The other team wants LeBron taking the big shot, think about what's that means

lol this is so dumb I can’t even comprehend. You do know when MJ
played they had much more strict illegal
defense rules that made defenses used against LBJ over the years illegal against MJ? The Bulls could space Dennis Rodman to the 3 point line and by rule they had to space out and guard him.

Edit to add

He’s bagless? Jesus Christ you can’t make this crap up.

Here's an unbiased comparison for Lebron's MVP seasons.

Player Efficiency Rating
2008-09 Lebron 31.7 Kobe 24.4 Duncan 24.4
2009-10 Lebron 31.1 Kobe 21.9 Duncan 24.7
2011-12 Lebron 30.7 Kobe 21.9 Duncan 22.5
2012-13 Lebron 31.6 Kobe 23.0 Duncan 24.4

Win Shares
2008-09 Lebron 20.3 Kobe 12.7 Duncan 10.1
2009-10 Lebron 18.5 Kobe 9.4 Duncan 10.9
2011-12 Lebron 14.5 Kobe 6.2 Duncan 5.9
2012-13 Lebron 19.3 Kobe 10.9 Duncan 8.2

Lebron was the highest in the league all 4 years, as well as in 2010-11 when they gave the mvp to Derrick Rose.

Your hatred for Lebron blinded you to the fact that he was by far the best player. Either that or your inability to separate player performance from team success.

Do you think Barkley was a fraud as well since he never won a ring? How bout Mike Trout and Dan Marino?

He gets those looks bc he’s the most elite attacker of the rim and passer of all time. You gotta give him something. And Kobe and Mj shooting less 3’s means nothing bc it’s shooting percentage.

MJ is the clear GOAT.
LBJ is clear 2.
