You must have missed the part where LeBron lead in just about every imaginable statistic for the entire series for both teams
I didn't miss Kyrie putting the dagger in that team not James

Lmao we’re you asleep when Kang set that up with the greatest clutch block in the history of basketball 30 seconds earlier?

So one clutch 3 is more important than everything LeBron did for the team in that series?

You're obtuse man. I don't know how else to tell you.

I grew up watching the tail end of Magic and Bird's careers and all of Jordan's.

Jordan's accomplishments may never be matched again but the NBA had a lot of players who just weren't athletic enough to guard Jordan. Now every team has elite athletes who are tall, fast, and can jump high. And most can shoot well.

Players were more specialized back then. Few bigs could shoot. Shooters weren't necessarily that athletic. As someone pointed out with the defensive rules you could get a mismatch and then iso and punish the other team.

There's not one player from the early-mid 90s who could match Lebron's size and speed in a one-on-one scenario. Pippen probably comes closest.

Here's the Jazz roster from 95-96. Lebron would score 60 a night vs any one of them. Every one was either too slow and/or too small.

David Benoit
Antoine Carr
Howard Eisley
Greg Foster
Jeff Hornacek
Adam Keefe
Karl Malone
Chris Morris
Greg Ostertag
Bryon Russell
Felton Spencer
John Stockton
Andy Toolson
Jamie Watson
