In the end the 76'ers won the same amount of NBA titles as the warriors

Sure hope you aren't proud of those back to back national title game appearances by Butler then.

Leaving makes you think he isn't as good as MJ? What if leaving improved his game? It's just as plausible that leaving made him better than he was.

Ok, but tell me which is worst in the context of the GOAT conversation - leaving to play with a better team or leaving to play baseball?

How about coming back after two years off and leading your team to a 72-10 record and proceed to win three more titles in a row...........

The Lebron that finally showed up in games 4-7 this year was what MJ called a reg tuesday night.

Really, because LeBron's Game 5 and Game 6 register higher than any finals game Michael Jordan ever had.

I'm aware of what he's done, my point is that you're criticizing LeBron for going to Miami but MJ gets a pass for leaving the sport entirely.

Facts my man.

Jordan's best ever finals game was worse than LeBron's game 5 and game 6.

No. But he won't play long enough to get 6 or 7 titles... Don't start with me... Bron had a performance for the ages in the finals, But is still not in MJ's zip code..........

This is largely and Gen X vs Millennial thread. And we know who wins that comparison. Lebron dreams of being Jordan in his waking and sleeping moments. But it's like Dean Martin thinking he is the equal to Frank Sinatra.

The man left the game because of his fathers murder.

He didn't run to another basketball team chasing a title out of fear that he could not do it where he was playing.
