I'll show you an easy way to settle this.
Take away Steph Curry scoring and ability and what do you have? An average atheltic pg with no defense.
Take away Lebron's scoring ability what do you have?
A superior atheltic lockdown defender/ point foward . Lebron is the better all around player. People just hate him and this coming from a Kobe fan.
If Rondo had a decent outside shot he'd be better than Curry. This isn't about oozs and awes. Just think about actual PG ability. Rondo is an elite rebounder, passer, and defender for a pg. He damn near gets triple doubles without points.

Rondo has better handles, defense, and passing. You're letting deep shooting ability blind you from what a real pg is and does. Once again it showed against the Lakers. If Steph doesn't make his 3s thats it.

You got to 1 Finals in your first 7 seasons and was swept. You teamed with Wade and Bosh, and even during his crippled years Wade won you the first championship you got, you played better the next one but if it weren't for Ray Allen you wouldn't have it. Reach the Finals in Cleveland again, and while you were the dominant player on the floor scoring wise, your TEAM still got beat 4-2.

Put together all-stars for 1 goal, championships and you are 2-4 in the finals.
I could forgive all that, if you actually played like it, but you take off nights, to play against the better teams and get beat and don't play well against them. You put up major numbers, but on the bad teams. You destroy the rhythm of an offense by trying to play the Point Guard position, leaving no one to play the 4, because you want your 4 to play on the wing so you can have a lane to drive, matching up with small guards you can dominate rather than play in the post against Bigs you can't play with.
Statistically, you will be one of the greatest ever, but only because of how long you've played, not for what you've done, and in the ultimate measuring stick of greatness you will always come up short. 2-4 and declining.
