Likely, because Shaq wouldn't have left. Lebron probably wouldn't have as many 40 point games, because he wouldn't need them, and having Shaq would take away touches from Lebron (but he would average 12 assists per). He would probably have more triple doubles. He would have been much more like Magic (he is already in many ways very similar to Magic).

LeBron has outscored the other 4 Cleveland starters combined 6 times this postseason.
