Coach Carter is a good guy. He asked for a raise and or maybe some insurance benefits and they told
him to GFY.

They are one of the cheapest private schools around, and considering they probably have a bunch of kids paying reduced tuition or nothing to attend for sports then they will have less money. And let’s not act like you have to be Vince Lombardi to win over there. They have a stacked team for a 2A school and virtually anyone could win against their competition. St. Charles gave them all they wanted and had much less talent. That coach should be the one getting the raise.

I'm sure Coach Carter is a great guy. He said in his statement to the news, that he asked for both. Questions I have, did he not know what he was signing up for when he took the job? Did the school make him a promise they didnt keep, in regards to pay and benefits? Do any other staff members get a benefit that he doesn't? Why should he be above any other staff member, if so?

I know they don’t have to live close to go there, but as a generalization it is correct to assume that if a player had a choice to go to either school they’re more likely to choose the one that’s closer.
