Hell, I've been to a training, sponsored by the US government, taught by full-blooded natives, and the course had "American Indians" in the title.
And not a damn one of them bitched about the name, and we even discussed the appropriateness of the term in relation to certain tribes (basically, call them what they want you to call them). But go ahead with your faux outrage on behalf of others.
