yeah - this was the biggest hornets win since game 5 v's the spurs last playoffs. im very happy. we usually play well in L.A. CP3 always steps up in big games - that's why Christmas day in Orlando was so shocking.

West is sitll a mediocre player. Josh Howard had a 47 point game last year, does that make him above average? No it doesn't. (in response to your damning quotes

Jamaal Crawford had a 50 point game this year as well. Mediocre players can hit fluky shots on a given night. This was an anomaly game. On average, West will not outscore Gasol by 30 and the Lakers would not lose to the Hornets. The two games in NO give a better idea about how these teams matchup moreso than this game.
