Last night, the King dispelled the myth that he is somehow "not clutch." His clutch three pointer led the Lakers to victory.

I agree that I would rather have Jordan or Kobe in the clutch, but the King is definitely clutch - and he showed it last night.

And the Lakers showed they stink. They had to have a 32 footer in the final seconds to beat a team that relied on Jordan Poole and Kent Bazemore for offense.

I don't like his politics or his spouting off about issues he really doesn't know anything about.

But on the Court, he is the King. There is no question that he is the best basketball player of all time.

I hate the Lakers. I wish King James played for another team. I want the Lakers to lose and get booted from the playoffs.

But, again, this does not mean the King James is not the greatest of all time.

He had long proven he was “clutch” before last night.

I mean, this is completely emotionally based and narrative driven.

Lebron’s clutch numbers are significantly higher than Kobe’s. And there is no doubt lebron is the better player overall.

I won’t speak to how his clutch numbers compare to MJ because I don’t remember, but I think they’re pretty close.

Curry proved that he alone can contend with 2 top 5 players for a game.

That's scary.

The lakers were obviously rusty in the 1st half.

Curry alone
Curry did not spend a minute on the court without green out there setting screens and playmaking for him. You act like curry is scoring 40 a night off ISO like you know who. Curry is very dependent on green and their chemistry together. In fact the GSW offense is better with green on the court than with curry on the court if you look at the on/off #s.

Lebrun is a douche, I liked him at Cleveland before the Miami crap and he got woke. He's obnoxious now.

if gs could learn to not be so sloppy/reckless/careless with possession and passing the would be a real contender

Kobe was the most overrated "clutch" player of all time and it just goes to show how powerful perception bias is. He's a prime example.

Though I hate the Lakers, it is pretty well a foregone conclusions that they will be in the finals and will almost certainly win.

I give Kobe credit for not having much fear of the moment ( some call it hero ball/ selfish). I guess its hus mentality they admire more.

Lebron is the better player, but Kobe would never have been as passive as Lebron in those 2011 NBA Finals.
