I've hit a few minor bets. Fat fingered the app and hit the 9 horse instead of the 10 and cost me an exacta.

Just finished watching Race for the Crown on Netflix and instead of picking a favorite this year all I am doing is just rooting as hard as possible against any hose the spray tan man has any ownership in. Holy crap what a goober.

He’s terrible and I’ve hated him since big brown, but the show made me hate him a tiny bit less somehow

Fierceness looked really good

The tanning obsession and awful suits just get on my nerves so bad

The show actually made me kind of like Repole. Sure he can just buy wins but he obviously really loves the sport. Can't hate on him for being heavily invested in a sport I would love to be heavily invested in.

He just won at Churchill.

Ugh. I’m so nervous. I really want Anna to win so she goes against the boys again. This is a really good group.

What does the green race horse silhouette indicate on the daily racing form?

Thank you. That was driving me crazy with no legend on the racing form.

I have to say, for my first time at Churchill Downs, I am impressed. Seems like a very well run event. The shuttle buses were easy and quick (admittedly, we got here before the first race so crowds weren't huge yet). The concourses and seats are clean. Getting through the gate was easy, peasy. We're in the first turn grandstand (Section 2010) and the concessions move fast for free food/drinks. Been a great event so far and looking forward to tomorrow.
