Another thing..

where was the report of the "Big black guy giving her a drink"?

The accuser, M.K, M.J ...never mentioned this. It was M.J who supposedly supplied the drinks.

The last time we saw someone allege this unprecedented level of tampering within the criminal justice system ( fake tests, intentionally shoddy police work, destroying/planting evidence, etc.) was the OJ trial.

She's taking this case into the grassy knoll territory.

Ridiculous.

The Heisman has changed from the best player in college to the best player on one of the best teams in college. It's a complete joke. IMO JFF is the best player in college football. He put up better numbers against better competition than Winston. What relevance does W-L's play in determining the best player in college football? Paul Hornung won the Heisman and his team went 2-8.

if the heisman were legit then suh would have won, manning, honey badger, bush would've won twice, and aaron murray would be a candidate this year

also, defensive players winning would be more frequent

Yeah. I'm not saying something didnt happen.

But it seems she theorized on every "gap" that was missing in this case.

I have no doubt the TPD fricked up. But Meggs? Idk about that.

Not only is there a coverup....but Jameis/Casher are some of the smartest rapists ever. They knew to drug her, text her, then to delete her text, and pull off a rape at their own apartment without getting caught.

The discarded cell phone is the biggest piece of evidence for me. People only discard items from a 'crime', if they think it leads to their guilt, not innocense.

I'm curious why M.J. hasn't been questioned.

Out of all the stuff she said, the part about Casher admitting to taping the sex acts and then deleting the recording was the most eye raising.

Both of those acts are a crime in Florida and he admitted to them, but nothing was done about that by the police?

Was he given a break or deal for that testimony?

For example,

lets say your boy J.F was in this situation. Would an athlete really go through that extreme to cover for a teammate? I'm not sure that goes on.

I'm not saying a rape didnt happen. I'm just saying its as if all were involved in "setting up" this girl. I'm not sure I buy that.

I think she went willingly. Casher may have seen something that looked "normal"....however, if there was indeed a rape...It was Jameis just taking advantage of her when no one was looking.

The attorney basically said the football players targeted her for rape. I'm not sure based on the evidence so far....it went down like that.

Also Meggs had the opportunity to subpoena the players' phone records but didn't. That's pretty shoddy.

Just checking in, did Carroll say anything about any civil suits in connection with the investigation. And I wonder what her niece thinks of this staying in the news.

anytime it is a star quarterback at a football crazy college, I'm going to believe the victim.

You see it all the time, I'm shocked notre dame covering up a rape and the girl killing herself wasn't front page news for months...it is sucks but it is true, and yes there are false accusations, but women get screwed over in general

surprisingly, women are the ones you don't want on the jury in a rape case.

The tox report indicated no date rape drugs were found in her system, but her attorney raised an issue with the collection of the blood. I just missed that part in the presser. If she was actually drugged, then it would tend to show she might have been targeted. Who the frick knows. The investigation is such a cluster.

FWIW.

Jansen said that Casher said he started up his phone to record it , but once they yelled at it him he just discarded the video.

This was on Geraldo last week.

Thanks for the info, leads me to believe that they really want to go after the police, or may just be waiting until Winston goes pro.
