Well, the attorney referred to a "packet" of information she gave all these reporters that contain the documents she is referencing, so I'm guessing if there are any good journalists there then we will find out if she is stretching the truth.

let the SA investigate any missconduct. The fact is how would they even begin to expect an impartial jury now with all this leaking out?

And she makes a great point as to why they would be biased. She's attacking the witness credibility and she's making good points.

Something I still don't get is why this passionate advocate that has familiarity with police protocol as a former state attorney let this case ride from January until it was leaked in November.
It's not her responsibility to investigate the case, but I mean did she pick up the phone to ask for an update? She just said she thought something was fishy back on January 11.

inconsistency or not she is putting it all out there. Burning bridges left and right for her client. This case will never see a court but they are ensuring they left a scorched path!

Yes, absolutely.
I suppose that is my point, this woman must feel very strongly about what happened in this instance. If she continues this public charade, it makes you want to believe her.

her attorney saying JW's phone records never used and no search warrant sought. That is interesting if true.
