I so hope they altered the medical records. This is beginning to look like a keystone cop investigation. The accused has an ax to grind and maybe she does feel she was raped.

Yeah, obviously if the girl was raped, the TPD conduct is absolutely appalling but it's an injustice to Winston if he is innocent.
Sounds like a cop seeing the opportunity to "help the football program" and took matters into his own hands and did a bunch of shite behavior.
This lady is PISSED.
She claims the girl's blood was only tested for alcohol not drugs.
Says she told the girl to drop the case because they were afraid of Angulo's conduct and the shoddy work by TPD.

She is doing the same thing - insinuating idiocy was planned conspiracy or deliberate and willful ignorance or caring about the alleged victim.

Says Casher admitted to crimes in his statement. That his claim of taping the encounter is against the law and his claim that he then deleted it is also a crime.

if the medical records were altered to show no bruising or tearing that in itself is a smoking gun. The grand jury would issue an indict over that evidence
