Ok,so you're telling me that since MLB set a record for HR's in 2017 they decided to change the ball in '18 to get less offense? Then "they" decided to change back in '19? You do realize '18 was the 4th highest total in league history, correct? Only 25 less HR's than '17 but "they" decided to change it back to the '17 ball in '19 because of a 25 HR difference? You sure about that?
