In all honesty, Titans owner should offer Josh McDaniels the job in Patriots locker room postgame and fire Mularkey if McDaniels accepts

Would be damn interesting and would greatly benefit Mariota...

100% agree. Ownership has to realize that Mularky has topped out. Especially if he keeps Robisky.

McDaniel showed in Denver that's he's overrated

Still be better than the status quo. Especially with the improved division.

Yes, no coaches have ever been unsuccessful and then been successful at their next job.

Probably but this team topped out too. They should've had a better record but this round is where they were going out. Would be kinda messed up to fire a guy who theoretically maxed out the team.

McDaniels is the NFL version of Kiffin.

He knows his X's and O's but he was just too immature to be the leader of men his first time around. I could see him doing pretty well if he enters the right situation and has grown up.

And there's where it's so frustrating. We know what we're getting with Mularky next year and that absolutely won't win the division.

There should at least be some pressure applied to Robiskie because this offense is stale as frick.

Aside from your shitty take, the s/no s at the end of Daniel/Daniels/McDaniels seems to be the message board equivalent of facebook's your/you're.

Does it matter though and long as Mularkey is HC? He's not going to want an OC that is young and has different ideas than his own that are stuck in 1990.

I dont think this team is tapped out. I think a good coach can get more out of Mariota. Henry is a young, pretty descent running back. They just drafted Davis in the top 5 last year, and have a very good TE. Plus, the offensive line is young itself.

I think they have a pretty high ceiling with a different coach.

The Titans were gonna lose this eitherway. But the offsides when they had NE pinned a score down and the stupid time out when Marcus (when he shines in the hurry up) lands flat on his desk.

It’s a Clay Travisty that he’ll be back next year.

I think his biggest issue in Denver was they gave him the keys to the castle. Handing personnel to a 30 year old guy still trying to learn how to be a HC is pretty silly

yeah his GM decisions were terrible

the Broncos had Cutler (when he cared) and Brandon Marshall and McDaniels tore that shite down

The way Mularkey handled the end of the first half was astonishing in its incompetence.

That was 8 years ago and he was in an infantile status.

I wouldn't be against this, the OC is the real problem. There's no one guiding Marcus, look what happened when Goff got a good QB coach as head coach. Robiskie as OC is a joke and has to change. Then we could use a Gronk stopper and a lot more help on defense
