So if Buffalo wins it’s

Baltimore
KC
Buffalo
Houston
New England
Pittsburgh

So New England would most likely go to Baltimore in Divisional?

Outside of two passes, he’s been very bad. Of course people are only going to talk about those two passes though.

New England still controls the division if they lose

Buffalo needs to the Dolphins to beat the Pats in NE next week regardless - so unlikely

Let’s just completely disregard that the Pats are the best D in the NFL, playing at home in a game they want to win

Dude, you are very wrong. He is improving noticeably over the last two years.

If you watch all Bills games you will have noticed this too.

I’m not buying that New England has the best defense in the league. Yes I know they statistically still have the best scoring defense, however, they are severely aided by the ridiculous first half when they played the following ranked scoring offenses:

21
22
23
25
28 x2
29
31

They’ve played 4 teams with top 10 scoring offenses. They are 1-3 against them. They’ve given up 24.25 ppg in those 4 games compared to 8.4 ppg in the other 10 (not including the week 16 game yet).

Another thing that is concerning is that they were dominant early in the first half but have been middle of the pack since then. Generally defenses improve as the year goes on when they gel and get tape on new offensive systems/play calling and the weather turns.

They are definitely top 5, but when you dig deeper they aren’t that much better (if at all) than Buffalo/CHI/SF/BAL. Hell if the Bears has any consistency on offense they’d probably have the best defense in the league.

They're slightly better than that. The Steelers played them before CFF, Conner, and Juju git hurt. Their ranking is artificially low now because they're a practice squad.

Do you think Cam Newton is terrible? They’re pretty much the same player. Cam isn’t HOF or anything, but he won an MVP and went to the postseason numerous times.

NE D is #1 in DVOA, which factors in their schedule.

Then that metric severely undervalued how shitty their schedule has been.
