I kind of agree here. He's been pretty damn bad but I'd like to see him in a different environment. He has the arm talent.

Remember when Mel Kiper thought Jimmy Clausen was the 2nd best draft prospect? Not QB--prospect.

Draft pundits kiss up to almost every player because they don't want to look like a fool if they turn out to be wrong. I remember Merrill Hoge being one of the few analysts who told it like it is. Leading up to the 2006 Draft, everybody was talking about Matt Leinart and Vince Young. Merrill Hoge flat out said those two guys will be absolutely terrible in the NFL and the only QB draft prospect who might turn out to be good is Jay Cutler. He was spot on with that prediction.
