I get what you're saying. But there is no denying the fact that Tiger's shot will get shown more on the broadcast, more on replays, and it will be paid attention to more by viewers.

When the announcers say "And here comes Tiger's shot on 15..." a lot more people will look up from what they are doing and watch than if they say "Now live, John Peterson approaches his shot on 15...".

There is definite footage of everyone's shots, its just the fact that a viewer called in Tiger's penalty shows he is under a microscope from the public eye.
