Watergate so you're saying you're one of those goofballs who go to Curtis games with your coins in a bottle.
Jt would never consider playing rummel.

I am not going to argue, because neither one of us really know. I just don't think you can know a whole lot about Curtis when they only have one real quality win on the schedule.

Serioulsy buddy? Your obviously very biased to Rummel and thats ok, I just want you to use your head. I go to Curtis games because I like watching a quality football team, I could go to Rummel games, but decide otherwise. Enough said?

You're saying the 5A state championship team is not a quality one?
Does not compute.

Barely making the playoffs??? 2 appearances in the dome in the last 4 yrs disagrees.....If Curtis played in 5a I doubt their success would be much better. While we are playing teams like Acadiana in the quarters, y'all are playing teams with 50 guys dressed.

My first couple of years at Rummel you could still play up wherever you wanted. The talk was always about why didn't JC just move up to 5A. Everyone always said it was because JC didn't want to have to go through Evangel, West Monroe, Rummel etc. every year. I also played playground ball with some kids who ended up at Curtis who said it was Rummel who was scared, blah blah. JC used to show up at our playground games and talk to kids when we were freaking 11-12 lol.

If Jay or JC wanted to play each other, then they would have already. Maybe now that Jay has the state championship monkey off of his back this will be his next thing. See if he can field a team to beat curtis. The crowd for that game would be awesome.

You have to be trolling. Barely making the playoffs? lol come on, even if you hate Rummel, you know they are one of the higher seeds year in and year out.

I think JT and Jay both need to grow sacks and fricking play each other. Located less than 10 miles from each other and under a 20 minute drive....

Not to mention this was their glory years of the hold backs. Every big time player to come through there while they were 4A were hold backs. So not only were they scared to jump, they also were playing 4A with college freshman.

Spadoni
Bua x2
Dave Lauricella
Robertson
Sevin
Snyder
Carnell
Fabacher x3
Chris Jackson
Jason Cortez
Brewer
Dimak
Curtis x3
Tusch
Rickner

And the list goes on and on.

Congrats, you were too scared to move up when you could. And you played kids a year younger than you

Yeah, there are tons more. Im just going off the top of my head.

I don't even have a problem with Curtis. I respect the program that JT has built. He is a good guy, as are the kids that go there.

Ill informed message boarders love stirring the pot with, "Oh, the Catholic League is scared of JC!!". Well, shite, it's easy to make stuff up and pass it off as fact.. let's see, "Curtis is scared of the Catholic League!! Yeah, take that!".
