She doesn't get it and ESPN is now about to have the heat turned up even more. It's truly amazing they are ok with her admitting the comments were "her personal beliefs" yet Schilling was fired for the same thing.

I don't really have any problem with that statement.

She definitely deserves to lose her job though.

As uninformed and group-thinking as her comments were, she had to think them, write them out, and then hit send. Would be insulting to everybody's intelligence if she said she didn't mean it. So, she's retarded, but at least she owned it. I guess.'

She's a strong, independent woman and she wants you to know it.

How about a truce. She keeps her job and going forward ESPN leaves her and everyone else alone for their personal beliefs.

I think there is a clear liberal double standard here, but I couldn't give a shite less what she has to say. I haven't ever watched it and won't.

I do think advertisers should consider whether they want to advertise during her show.

Let the free market handle this.

Why does she deserve to lose her job? Why should a person lose a job for speaking against a president? Your statement is far worse than anything Hill said.

Curt Schilling lost his job comparing Muslim extremsits to Nazis... and this dumb bitch, who knows nothing about sportsball, can say shite 100 times worse and get away with it because of the color of her skin and the genitalia between her legs... it's pathetic and disgusting

Just bc he was wrongfully fired doesn't mean she should be wrongfully fired. I don't agree with her twitter tirade, but I don't think she should be punished for it. Do you think td posters should be fired for similar tirades against politicians?

Any chance the morning SC can replace the evening one? Essentially an even swap.

Jay Harris/Sage Steele for Hill/Smith.

"Speaking against the president" is an awfully nice way to put it. You're getting a paycheck and representing a company any time you speak and you slander the fricking President of the United States? Sheds pretty bad light on espn.

I disagree with her, but she is finally a person defending her opinion. Good for her, she doesn't owe an apology, neither did anyone else.
