By my quick calculations, Green is -26 in 327 minutes during the playoffs or -3.82 per 48 minutes. The Cavs are +17 overall so they are +43 in the 398 minutes he's off the court or +5.19 per for 48 minutes.
In other words, the Cavs are 9 points better when he's off the court than when he's on.

The great stat that completely ignores who else is on the court for either team, how many fouls everyone is working with, what the game situation is, how the game is being called, who is doing teh scoring, who is defending the scorer, what the defense alignment was, and what teams are even attempting to do at the time. Now w/the added bonus of per 48!

Plus/minus is a terrible state, but iI do agree with the OP.
