anthony davis. i mentioned him.
tonight is gonna be pretty sweet for big men. sullinger and patric young go at it and TRob and anthony davis go at it as well. kansas plays ohio state later this year so we will see TRob and sullinger as well.

Can't wait to see this one. I think Kansas will quickly crumble this season

Lol, none of these players can hold Jeremy Lamb's jockstrap for overall player. He's absolutely the best player in the country when you look at both offensive and defensive sides of the ball. He'll leave UCONN as their best 2 ever, yes better than Ray Allen.

Jeremy Lamb

I forgot about him. He is a freak of nature and i think if uconn is a top 3 team then he might very well win poy. Enjoyed seeing him teabag that guy on the dunk the other night

Harrison Barnes will contend, and Jeremy Lamb will average 20+ for UConn. Lamb is so damn smooth, and the game just comes so easy to him it is silly. He will be a great one by the time he leaves Storrs. The fact that it took until page 2 for him to be mentioned shows how underrated he is.

I forgot about Lamb and would definitely put him above Barnes, Jones, and others but that last statement is insane.

Yeah, better than Allen I doubt, but he shoots very well from 3 and the offense will run through him this year.

The good thing for Lamb is that Calhoun really likes to rely on his horse. While many coaches want to see the team play together, Calhoun builds his team to support his star. He wants Lamb to score 30 ppg this year.

Barnes just seems out of control half the time to me and I think he's a poor shooter. He's got tools no doubt though.

Barnes has lots of upside but right now Sullinger is better imo

I'm concerned he lost too much weight to still be as effective down low TBH.

The weight loss isn't a big deal. It's just helping him get up and down the court better. He still has his big arse to push people around down low.

Sullinger is good but not hands down the best player. There are a handful of guys that can win it, and it includes 2 UK big men, even though I think Davis is probably better than Terrence Jones.

Who do you think will go first overall in the draft though? Barnes?

It might be going out on the limb some, but I stand by it. Like someone said, he's a damn freak of nature and is just so damn smooth. His stroke is just gorgeous and his hands hang to the damn floor. He's got one of the better pullup jumpers in the nation, he has the best floater in the nation, and he defends the passings lanes as well as anyone if not better.

He might not be the absolute dead-eye offensive scorer Allen was, but I maintain he'll be a better all-around player by the time he leaves. This guy wreaks of Hall of Fame IMO.
